Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel - I came across him on Instagram. His sermons are the most authentic, and are wonderfully presented. He is a force to be reckoned with. He is a very passionate Bishop, when preaching the truth about Jesus Christ. If you don't do anything else, this week, look him up – he's marvellous!
Last night I watched, in horror, as a Muslim man stabbed him numerous times. The footage was available to all, on Instagram. Of course it came with the usual warnings, so you can make an informed decision as the whether you watch it or not. I believe that it should make headline news worldwide; making everyone aware of what Christians are going through.
Thank the Lord, the media have informed us that the Bishop will recover, from the unprovoked attack. Bishop Emmanuel has publicly forgiven the man who stabbed him. He has 'turned the other cheek.'
I guarantee I will be blogging about the Bishop Emmanuel more as time goes by. However, for now please say a prayer for all who suffer at the hands of other people!
